About Me

How I Work

I am an existential therapist, which means I am fundamentally concerned with your experience of the world and what matters most to you. My aim is to listen and help you explore and work through issues you are facing within a confidential space.

I believe a collaborative nature within the therapeutic relationship is key. Rather than trying to fix problems, I seek to support and facilitate clients in their process of gaining more clarity, resilience, and acceptance.

I offer weekly, 50-minute online sessions. This can be short-term or long-term, depending on what you feel you need. I am currently only seeing clients remotely.

Qualifications / Experience

I am fully qualified as a registered member of BACP.

I have previously worked as a counsellor with University College London’s Student Psychological and Counselling Services, and now practice with Mind in Haringey and Headstrong Counselling.

I also have experience working in NHS psychiatric hospitals, as well as being a peer support worker for Mind in Brighton and Hove.
