How I Work
I am an existential therapist, which means I am fundamentally concerned with your experience of the world and what matters most to you. My aim is to listen and offer a confidential space where we can explore and work through issues you are facing.
I believe a collaborative nature within the therapeutic relationship is key. Rather than trying to fix problems, I seek to support and facilitate clients in their own process.
I offer weekly, 50-minute online sessions. This can be short-term or long-term, depending on what you feel you need. I am currently only seeing clients remotely.
Qualifications / Experience
I am fully qualified as a registered member of BACP.
I have previously worked as a counsellor with University College London’s Student Psychological and Counselling Services, and now practice with Mind in Haringey and Headstrong Counselling.
I also have experience working in NHS psychiatric hospitals, as well as being a peer support worker for Mind in Brighton and Hove.
