How I Work
In my practice, my aim is to really listen and tune into your experiences, and by doing that together, new revelations may come to light.
Through this process, you may come to a greater sense of awareness, which can open up new ways of being. With more clarity, you might feel more free and empowered to live in a way that you find fulfilling and meaningful.
Rather than tell you what choices to make, I offer a space for open, honest reflection where we can both offer our thoughts, feelings, and ideas. It may be that the issues you’re struggling with can hold a lot of important information for you that is worth gently exploring.
Sessions can be on a weekly or flexible basis, short-term or long-term, depending on what you feel you need. I am currently only seeing clients remotely.
