About Me

How I Work

I work integratively, which means I draw on ideas from a variety of approaches, including Psychoanalytic, Humanistic, and Existential therapy.

I believe a collaborative nature within the therapeutic relationship is key. Rather than trying to fix problems, I seek to support and facilitate clients in their process of gaining more clarity, resilience, and acceptance.

Issues I work with include:

  • Abuse
  • Addictions
  • Anger
  • Anxiety
  • Cultural Issues
  • Divorce
  • Depression
  • Family Dynamics
  • Gender
  • Grief
  • Identity
  • Relationship issues
  • Self-Esteem
  • Self-Harm
  • Stress
  • Sex and sexuality

Qualifications / Experience

I am a fully qualified Integrative therapist as a registered member of BACP.

I have previously worked as a counsellor with University College London’s Student Psychological and Counselling Services (SPCS), and now practice with Mind in Haringey and Headstrong Counselling.

I also have experience working in NHS psychiatric hospitals, as well as being a peer support worker for Mind in Brighton and Hove.
